Documents Required for the April Umrah Package

Each pilgrim hoping to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia needs to have the following documents ready;

  • 1. A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of departure
  • 2. A passport-size photograph with a white background
  • 3. Finally, A PAN card copy is needed. If you are travelling with family, then a PAN card copy of any one person travelling can be accepted for the whole family.

Booking Policy

  • 1. Any new rules announced for the UMRAH POLICY will be applied and paid for by the customer before departure.
  • 2. All Umrah Bookings are Non-Refundable; any Advance paid will not be returned if the booking is cancelled.
  • 3. 100% Payment is required before Visa processing.

Note : In case of sent to embassy visa, an extra cost of INR 2000 will need to be paid.

Child Policy

For infants (0-2 years) - A very nominal fee is charged

For children above two years:

  • 1. The total cost of the package is charged if you opt for a separate bed for the kid.

April Umrah Package Itinerary

  • Day 1 (Arrival in Mecca)

    The first day of the pilgrimage will start with a flight from New Delhi to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Post landing in Jeddah, you will travel to Mecca in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach. Once in Mecca, check in to your hotel and directly head to Masjid al-Haram to perform the Umrah rituals. This marks the end of the first eventful day.

  • Day 2 (Mecca)

    After the eventful first day, the next day is free for you to utilise according to your comfort. Use the day to get the much-needed rest. You can also make your way to the Masjid al-Haram and spend your time praying.

  • Day 3 (Mecca)

    On day three, you will embark on Mecca Ziyarat. The trip will start early in the morning, right after breakfast. The tentative timings are from 7 AM to Noon. After ziyarat, your day is free to be utilized as you see fit.

  • Day 4 - (Mecca)

    The coming days are free for the pilgrims to spend at their leisure. Indulge in prayers, explore the city, experience the local culture and more.

  • Day 5 - (Mecca)

    It is a good idea to spend a day praying at Masjid al-Haram. Seek forgiveness and spend a few good hours close to the divinity.

  • Day 6 - (Mecca)

    Pray at Masjid-al-Haram, and soak in the spirituality of the holy city of Mecca.

  • Day 7 - (Mecca)

    Undertake numerous Umrah and strengthen your divine connection. Make the most out of your time in the holy city.

  • Day 8 (Travel from Mecca to Madinah)

    Finally, it is the day to leave the holy city of Mecca and travel to the prophet’s city – Madinah. After breakfast in Mecca, you will check out of the hotel and travel on a comfortable air-conditioned coach to Madinah.

  • Day 9 (Madinah)
